Meet the Team

Sue Graves, Founder & CEO

Sue spent 29 years with Marriott International leading corporate-owned and franchise teams, followed by 5 years as Assistant General Manager of the Greater Columbus Convention Center, where she oversaw finance, sales, guest experience, marketing, event management and parking through a $140M renovation. She was the founding chair of the Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association's Innovation & Technology committee and serves on the technology committee for the Ohio Restaurant & Hospitality Alliance. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in hospitality management from Central Michigan University.

Sue evaluates every solution from the perspective of the people who will run it on property and the owners who will pay for it.

Outside of work, she's a competitive open-water swimmer who has completed a half-marathon swim, swum from Alcatraz and most recently swam 8.2m around Mackinac Island.

I am an impassioned marketing executive with 9+ years of small business experience focusing on ensuring customers have easy access to information and a full understanding of what value can be provided. I am an avid traveler who has been to over 50 countries and enjoy cooking international foods and reading in my free time. I look forward to helping the hospitality industry learn about new and exciting technological innovations that can help streamline their businesses practices.
